The Value of Shooting and Conservation

A new independent study has revealed that sporting shooting contributes £45 million a year to the economy of Northern Ireland. Sporting shooting also provides 2,100 full time equivalent jobs, plays a major role in conserving the countryside and wildlife habitats, and provides healthy free-range meat in Northern Ireland.
