The 2008 edition of The Good Food Guide has singled out Chris Lee from the Bildeston Crown in Suffolk as one of the winners of the Guide's Best Up-and-Coming Chefs award.
 
The Bildeston Crown is where BASC will be running a Taste of Game Dinner on the evening of Thursday, 15th November as part of the Taste of Game Week which runs from 10-17 November.
