Prune and Apple Stuffing For Goose


 

Ingredients

24 large prunes    
Salt, pepper
6 cooked apples     
Herbs
Brandy

Method

Soak the prunes in brandy overnight.  Stone then and chop them into four.  Peel, core and quarter the apples and chop the quarters in half again.
Mix up with the herbs, salt and pepper and a little of the remaining brandy to moisten. 

Stuff the goose with the mixture.
