Q. I am enterering my Membership number and password but don't seem to be able to login.

A. The problem is your web browser is blocking cookies. Follow these steps to enable you to log in:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Go to Tools Menu then Internet Options

3. Click the Privacy Tab

4. Then on the Sites… button
 

5. In the next window type in basc.org.uk in the address of website: box and click Allow 

6. If basc.org.uk already exists in the list of websites right click on the name and choose Allow. 

7. Click ok to close the windows.

You should be able to log in now.
