Now in its ninth year, the BASC Wales Country Fair is bringing some fresh, if familiar faces to the event this year.
Many of you will recognise the name of Jemima Parry-Jones MBE as being one of the country’s top-class falconers and she will be displaying the flying skills of her hawks and falcons at the fair. Also familiar to fans of the television programme, One Man and His Dog, will be Gus Dermody. Gus will be bringing his highly professional sheepdog display to the arena using up to four dogs, working with some very unpredictable ducks and geese.
As well as all the displays and demonstrations, there will be lots of have-a-go sporting activities and loads of shopping opportunities at the many trade stands.
Bodelwyddan Castle and grounds will be open to visitors throughout the weekend and the venue is well signposted off the A55 north Wales expressway.
