Candidates

There are five candidates standing for three seats on BASC Council.

Each candidate was invited to provide up to 500 words addressing the following issues:

  • Explain the personal qualities, skills and experience that you would bring to the role of BASC Council member. Include reference to any professional or business skills.
  • Describe your involvement in country sports and other organisations (including organisations affiliated to BASC) and state any committee experience you have.
  • Explain how, as a member of BASC Council, you would make a difference of benefit to shooting sport in general and BASC members in particular.
  • Provide any other information about yourself that you consider to be relevant to your candidacy. You may wish to mention qualifications, employment history or involvement with community or voluntary organisations.
  • Is there anything else you would like to say about any particular views you have about the future of sporting shooting, the role of BASC or any other pertinent topic?
