MoorlandBASC recognise the complexity of issues related to the land clubs, syndicates and members shoot over and that they aspire to shoot over via purchase and lease. BASC are therefore able to offer its members the services of an in house Rural Land Development Manager who is a Chartered Surveyor (www.rics.org.uk )  and Agricultural Valuer (www.caav.org.uk )

The Rural Land Development Manager works closely with BASC affiliated clubs and members to
