BASC have been running courses in game meat handling from August 2005 onwards. This is because from the 1st of January 2006 new food hygiene rules were introduced in the UK covering game (this includes all game birds, all deer, duck, geese, pigeon, rabbit, hare, even squirrel and rook)
For further details call Susan Bull on 01244 573 065 or email.
