Game's On supporter and top chef Mark Gilchrist has returned to his old school to show students how to prepare and cook game. Mark and the King's School in Canterbury will be opening a restaurant in the grounds of Canterbury Cathedral from 26-30 June for the school’s annual arts’ festival (King’s Week). They will be curing fish, making sausages, skinning rabbits and butchering their own deer - preparing and sourcing as much local wild food as possible for visitors to enjoy.
