A restaurant in Fulham cooked up a tasty selection of game dishes for a 'Taste of Game' evening earlier this month.
The Harwood Arms served fifty diners a selection of wild rabbit starters including haslet, rissoles on liquorice, snitzel with marjoram and glazed shoulders with pickled prunes and toast. This was followed by venison and rounded off by buttermilk pudding with poached pears and Bramley apple doughnuts.
