Trevor’s BBQ pheasant

Ingredients

2 pheasant breast slices, cut into long strips
4 – 6 BBQ skewers

2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons runny honey
2 garlic cloves crushed

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and add the pheasant and marinate for at least 4 hours.  If using wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes then loosely thread on the strips of breast and cook on the BBQ until done.
