Funky Pheasant

FUNKY PHEASANT by Basil & Rosemary - Celeb Bunny Chefs

1) Melt butter in a frying pan and then fry a couple of  rashers of smoked back bacon till it’s crispy-ish.
 
2) While that’s happening take two pheasant breasts and lightly season and dust them with flour.
   
3) Remove cooked bacon and put the pheasant breasts into the pan - fry them for five minutes each side
 
4) While that’s happening cut the bacon into lardons (posh word for little strips).
   
5) When the pheasant is cooked pour in some double cream - however much you like for a sauce - and stir in the bacon.
 
6) Let it bubble for a few minutes and then serve with your favourite veggies!
