Ingredients:
6 wild boar sausages
6 whole meal or white sandwich baps
Butter
6 free range eggs
1 jar of spicy tomato relish
Recipe:
Butter 6 whole meal or white sandwich baps and add a generous teaspoon of spicy tomato relish (can be bought from Sainsbury’s). Fry or grill sausages until brown then set aside. Fry eggs and serve them according to preference (over-easy or sunny side up). Slice the sausages and put onto bread, add the eggs on top and tuck in!
