    The BASC Ladies’ Training Days are designed to encourage women to take up shooting and assist them with clay and/or game shooting. On your day you will learn about guns and cartridges, gun fit, safety, master eye, stance, certificates as well as field etiquette and dress. You will be part of a small group and be allocated a BASC coach who will remain with your group throughout the day.

    The search is on for the sharpest-shooting gamekeeper in the UK. A national clay shooting competition for gamekeepers run by the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) will be held on 9th and 10th April 2011 at the BASC Gamekeepers' Fair at Catton Park, Derbyshire.
