On Saturday we have a butchery demo, a demonstration of game charcutier by the well know Charcutier Anglais, Marc-Fredric, game cooking by upcoming chef Jason Sandiford, and renowned fly fisherman Charles Jardine showing you how to cook simple, tasty fish dishes.
On Sunday Charles Jardine & Jason Sandiford will have more tasty receipes for you to tasty & James Green will show you how to very quickly prepare carcasses fresh from the field
Our Have-a-go clay coaching line and air rifles will be running as usual so come along and have a lesson.
Got dogs? Come and have fun in our gundog scurries & tests, or training help with one-to one tuition.
