The Hesketh Deluxe is one hundred per cent English; Longthorne produce every component and each gun is hand assembled in their Lancashire workshop.  Uniquely the barrels are milled from a single solid piece of steel which gives the gun astounding handling and balance.   Its minimal recoil and stability astounds everyone with most commenting that it feels like a 20 bore and that the recovery time between shots is minimal, most noticeably on fast driven targets when taking a left and right. 

The winner will be invited to choose both the wood and the style of stock for the finished gun as well as their preferred length of barrels. The stock will be measured and fitted to the winner’s personal specifications and only finished after a trial fitting.
