    DMQ is pleased to announce the appointment of Rognvald Taylor as the new external verifier (Scotland). The primary responsibility of this post is to quality assure the assessment processes for the award of the Deer Stalking Certificate at the five DMQ-accredited assessment centres in Scotland.
